Leasing

Due to this being a condo building, a one-year lease must be signed. Based on the condo by-laws, we can not offer short-term or Airbnb rentals. 

Extra's

Heat and hydro are in addition to the rent. The tenant must have their own account with Hydro Ottawa. To help alleviate your hydro bill, we have installed programmable thermostats and LED lights. 

Tenant insurance is also required; proof must be shown yearly to the landlord. For insurance purposes, $2 million in liability is required. You may also want insurance to protect your furniture and other belongings in case of a fire or flood in the building. The landlord has options for companies that offer cheap tenant insurance.

Rules

The condo building is a non-smoking building, including common areas and balconies. Tenants and their guests must leave the condo property to smoke. This building also has strict pet rules.
